GTJ-EV2-W Overview

GTJ-Ev2-W Plate bearing test set is used to measure the settlement value of Subgrade under static load, so as to evaluate the bearing capacity and deformation of subgrade. It is suitable for monitoring and monitoring the construction quality of railway, highway, airport, urban traffic, port, wharf and industrial and civil buildings subjected to static load.
After the first loading and unloading of the ground by the circular bearing plate and loading device, the second loading is carried out. The values of deformation modulus Ev2 and Ev2/Ev1 are calculated by the measured stress_under the bearing plate and the corresponding central settlement value S of the bearing plate.

Working principle of modulus of deformation tester:

  • loading via circle loading plate and clamping device and then release.
  • re-load after the first release.
  • calculate deformation modulus value Ev2 and value of the ratio of Ev2/Ev1 by the measured value lower stress σ and its relative subsidence value s in the center of loading plate.
