For evaluation of Carbon Residue, when an oil is evaporated under specified conditions.
It consists of three crucibles as follows
a) A porcelain crucible (b) skidmore pattern iron crucible with cover and (c) A sheet iron crucible with cover. Supplied complete with an Insulator block, a sheet iron hood, two glass balls and an iron tripod.
